Hi, I’m Daniel. I’m a psychological practitioner with over a decade of experience working across mental health, substance use, and psychological services.Alongside my clinical work, I have supported a range of teams, including healthcare staff, psychological therapists, and workplace teams, helping to develop more psychologically informed approaches in day-to-day practice.
My approach draws on evidence-based models such as CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and elements of positive psychology, with a focus on applying these in practical, accessible ways.I enjoy delivering training, workshops, and developing resources that support new skills and more effective ways of working across both healthcare and organisational settings.
If you’re interested in training for your team, or would like to have an informal discussion about your needs, feel free to get in touch.
